Situated high on a Pembrokeshire headland overlooking the magnificent Cardigan Bay and Cardigan Island, this delightful holiday cottage enjoys an enviable position.

Dolphins are a regular sight in the bay. The owners have made every effort to ensure that your comforts and needs have been catered for both inside and outside the property.

Being just under a mile from the beach (less on foot), this really is an ideal holiday destination. Cardigan is 4 miles away and offers a good selection of shops, eateries and galleries.

The Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.

The KITCHEN AREA is fitted with a range of modern light wood units incorporating a ceramic hob and oven with grill, microwave oven, larder fridge and a freezer.

The owners offer shared use of their automatic washing machine.

The DINING AREA comprises an extending glass top table with 4 chairs.

The spacious and comfortable SEATING AREA enjoys superb coastal views, it has a cream carpet, attractive rug and is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, colour TV, DVD player, radio and items of occasional furniture.

The SHOWER ROOM comprises a suite of corner shower, fitted vanity basin and WC.

First Floor

Upstairs there are TWO BEDROOMS, one of which enjoys a coastal view, both are furnished with twin 3' beds; bedlinen and duvets are provided for the beds.

There is a large wardrobe and clothes storage cupboard on the landing between the two bedrooms.

Garden and Parking

There are French doors leading from the seating area to the delightful large patio which has stunning sea views over the Bay and island.

Garden furniture is provided for the patio and there is a sunken lawned area which offers shelter from the sea breezes.

A brick built charcoal barbecue is also available.

There is a parking area outside the property

Other Information

Full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week (payable direct to owner) at all other times.

A cot and highchair can be provided but there is only space for the cot if one of the twin rooms is free.

No smoking in the cottage.

Towels will be charged at £15 per week when required. 

One small well behaved dog is welcome.
