This 200 year old limewashed cottage is situated on a quiet country lane between St Davids and Fishguard in Pembrokeshire, and is close to the spectacular headland of Strumble Head. It is an ideal base for a walking and cycling holiday.

The Strumble Shuttle Coastal Bus passes the cottage and is a 'hail and ride' service which enables you to visit the many coves and bays along this stretch of coastline and to walk different sections of the coastal path as well as calling in at Fishguard and St Davids, both of which have a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Tregwynt Woollen Mill, famous for its fabulous blankets, throws and unique handbags is close by as are a variety of crafts and artist studios.


Ground Floor

Entrance is into the KITCHEN which is fitted with a range of light wood units incorporating ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a breakfast bar with two stools.

The sitting and dining room has an exposed stone wall, open beamed ceiling and a multifuel stove on a slate hearth. The SITTING AREA has a three piece suite, Smart TV with HDMI connection for the internet and video player (plenty of videos in sideboard). There is a bookcase with a selection of books, maps and games.

The DINING AREA has a dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard.

The BATHROOM has a white suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin. 

First Floor

An open tread staircase leads to the two bedrooms which have sloping ceilings and exposed beams.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside table,  chest of drawers and wardrobe. 

Beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival. 

Garden and Parking

There is a pretty cottage garden to the rear - it has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs, shrubs, mature trees and spring flowers.

Parking is available for 2 cars on the drive.

Other Information

Oil fired central heating throughout with oil and electricity included May to September and charged at a flat rate of £30 per week at all other times, please pay at cottage.

A travel cot is available.

No smoking in the cottage please.

Towels are available at £5 per guest.

WiFi enabled.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
