This spacious and comfortable property situated in the village of Templeton is centrally placed for exploring Pembrokeshire.

Narberth, an old market town, is 3 miles away and offers an excellent range of art galleries, delicatessens and gift shops. The seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Amroth are just 4 miles away and Tenby 7 miles.

The leisure centres of Folly Farm, Oakwood, and Bluestone, together with golf, walking, fishing, and horse-riding present attractions for all ages within a two mile radius of the accommodation. There is a friendly local pub serving good food just five minutes walk from the property.

The owners of Barn Court holiday cottages will provide a warm welcome.

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the porch from attractive courtyard and into spacious hallway.

Through to the fully fitted KITCHEN with modern units incorporating an electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.

The DINING AREA, leading from the kitchen, has a modern dining table and four leather backed chairs together with two reclining armchairs and a display cabinet.

French windows lead directly from the dining room onto the patio with panoramic views over the owner's garden, which guests are free to use being mindful of the fishpond where children are concerned.

There is a spacious SITTING ROOM with a gas fire set into traditional marble surround, sofa, relining and easy chairs, coffee table and items of antique occasional furniture, Satellite TV, video and CD Hi-Fi.

First Floor

MASTER BEDROOM upstairs from hallway having kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes incorporating bedside cabinets. En suite BATHROOM fitted with Jacuzzi bath, WC, wash hand basin and full sized shower.

The SECOND BEDROOM has twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest and bedside cabinets. En suite SHOWER ROOM with full sized shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

The beds are all made up with quality linen and duvets.

Garden and Parking

An exterior patio area with table and chairs plus kettle barbecue leads directly from the dining room.

Other Information

Full central heating included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times. Payable at property.
