This stylish and comfortable studio apartment is perfect for couples. It enjoys a quiet location in Newport just 2 minutes' walk from a selection of excellent pubs and eateries and 5 minutes from the estuary, medieval church, castle and an array of small galleries and shops. Parrog beach and Newport Sands are a very pleasant 20 to 30 minute walk away.
Newport is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at the mouth of the river Nevern with Carningli Mountain (The Mount of Angels) as a back drop. If you enjoy walking, you can join the Coastal Path at the Iron Bridge on the upper reaches of the estuary where many different varieties of wading birds are spotted on a daily basis.
Once you arrive here, you may well find you do not need your car again all week!
A private entrance leads you into the stylish studio apartment.
There is a modern and well equipped KITCHEN/DINER with a range of fitted cupboards,electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and a dining table and chairs.
An arch leads through to the BEDROOM & SITTING AREA with a 6' super-king size bed (which can be separated into 2 x 3'single beds - if you require the single bed option please ask when booking).
There are bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe as well as a sofa, coffee table and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
A small hall off the kitchen leads into the SHOWER ROOM, this has a large glazed walk in shower, WC and hand basin and the walls and floor boast Travertine tiles.
The SUN ROOM overlooks the pretty enclosed garden and is furnished with cane chairs and table.
Patio doors lead to the sheltered sun trap patio.
The owners, who live next door will always respect your privacy and are willing to help you in any way.
Garden & Parking
Off the small conservatory is a patio with a table and chairs, there are views of the owners' garden with pretty borders and a lawn.
There is also a small terrace area by the front door and a (steepish) ramp or steps for access.
There is an off road parking space just outside the studio at the end of this quiet cul-de-sac.
Central heating is included in the rental.
Towels and bed linen are also included.
WiFi is enabled.
