Introduction

This stylish detached upside down property is finished and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Newly built and set back off the Marloes beach road at the end of the village, this house is a fabulous holiday destination in the Pembrokeshire National Park.

There is a stunning panoramic view over the fields of the dramatic coastline from St Davids right round to Solva and Newgale. Marloes village has a friendly pub called The Lobster Pot as well as The Clockhouse cafe.

The much photographed Marloes Sands is just a 3/4 mile walk away and has a huge expanse of golden sand at low tide.

The coastal bus can be hailed right outside the house and you can catch the Dale Princess boat to Skomer Island from Martins Haven just a couple of miles away. There is a village shop in Marloes.

The Accommodation

Ground floor

Entrance is into the light and airy hallway off which the bedrooms are situated.

BEDROOM 1 has floor to ceiling windows with a door to the decked area. It is furnished with a 6' bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and wardrobes. The EN-SUITE shower room has a large walk in shower, WC and hand basin, and heated towel rail.

BEDROOM 2 has a 5' bed, bedside chests, lamps, wardrobe and dressing table.

BEDROOMS 3 and 4 are furnished with twin beds, bedside chests, lamps, dressing table and wardrobe/clothes hanging space.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

There is also a UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and fitted cupboards. A door leads to the decked area.

First floor

Oak and glass stairs lead to the fabulous OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE with distant sea vista and lashings of light with the floor to ceiling and velux windows. There is a central woodburning stove which can be rotated enabling you to enjoy it from all angles.

The KITCHEN AREA has a tiled floor and is fitted with range of bright white gloss units and an island unit with granite worktops. There is an induction hob, double oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave oven and American style fridge/freezer.

The DINING AREA has a glass Juliet balcony looking out to the vista round to St Davids, glass topped tables and 8 contemporary chairs.

The SITTING AREA has a wooden floor and is furnished with comfortable sofas, tub chairs, coffee tables and a black gloss tech centre with smart TV, DVD player, BT box and iPod dock. A selection of DVDs, books, guide books, puzzles and games are provided.

Garden and Parking

There is a small south facing sun trap patio with decking and steps to a raised beds and washing line.

A large table and chairs are provided for al-fresco dining.

Parking for up to 3 cars on the paved area to the fore of the property.

There is an integral garage which may be used to store surf boards etc.

Other Information

The property has ground source underfloor heating throughout. There are no fuel charges.

You may purchase logs for the stove locally.

Beds are all made up with crisp linen and towels are included in the rental.

WiFi is installed.

There is a phone which is used on an honesty basis.

No cot or high chair - the property is not suited to the very young.

No pets.
