Enjoying a convenient location close to the centre of this lovely seaside town, this stone cottage makes a great holiday base. Within 5 minutes' walk you could be birdwatching on the Nevern estuary, having a drink in one of the friendly local hostelries or walking the coastal path.
Newport is situated in the National Park and there is great walking in all directions.
Local shops can provide for almost all your needs and there is a weekly produce market.
Entrance is into the hallway and through to the rear of the house where the large open plan living room overlooks the patio and garden.
The room is L shaped and has a contemporary KITCHEN AREA with veneered cupboards, granite worktop, electric cooker, larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The DINING AREA has a dining table with 4 chairs (extra stools available) and glazed doors to the patio.
The comfortable SITTING AREA has a large sofa, armchairs, beanbag, pouffe, nest of tables, tallboy with games and books and a TV with DVD player.
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed with access from one side only, bedside table, clothes hanging space and a chair.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, chest and small built in wardrobe.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a modern suite and consists of a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
Stairs lead to a large landing area which can be used as a quiet reading space.
BEDROOM 3 has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest with mirror, chair and clothes hanging space.
Garden & Parking
There is a large patio area just off the dining room - this has a large round picnic table and seats up to 8 people. Steps lead to the large lawn with plenty of space for children to run around and play.
There are mature trees and hedges and benches to sit and relax on as well as a fire pit (used at your own risk).
The patio and garden may also occasionally be used by the occupant of the adjacent cottage.
There is paid parking in the nearby car park
There is gas central heating throughout. Electricity and gas is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a rate of £35 per week at all other times (please pay when booking).
A highchair, travel cot and a stairgate are available.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
One well behaved pet is welcome.
